NS SECRETARIES TO MEET IN POKHARA Kathmandu, 4 Aug.: A three-day meeting secretaries of main opposition NC is being held in the resort town of Pokhara Saturday. The meeting will discuss party policies and programmes immediately after a meeting of 75 district party presidents in Bharabishe that called for parliamentary elections and takeover of government of leadership for a consensus from Maoists who are unwilling to give state power. Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai said Friday a five-point agreement between the coalition government and opposition is irrelevant now.
