Kathmandu, 18 Aug.: Devendra Paudel, political aide of Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai, said Saturday two ordinances related to constituent assembly
election will be sent back to President Dr.. Ram Baran Yadav for signature without changing contents.
Paudel said the move was undemocratic and unconstitutional.
President Friday returned two election-related ordinances Friday as irrelevant now.
The move will begin a direct public confrontation between a ceremonial
head of state and an executive prime minister.
Their relationship has been cordial so far amid calls by some parties to act against the government to resolve a political deadlock creating constitutional and
