RIVAL MAOIST LEADER CALLS FOR ROUNDTABLE CONFERENCE TO BREAK DEADLOCK Kathmandu, 5 Aug.: Central Secretary of the CPN-Maoist, Netra Bikram Chand, has said that a round-table conference is the best alternative to give an outlet to the current political stalemate, RSS reports from Rukum. Chand, who is in Rukum in connection with internal party training, expressed this view at a press meet organized by the Revolutionary Journalists' Federation, Rukum, today, at the district headquarters, Khalanga. Stating that solution to the problems of the country could be sought through a round-table conference, he blamed top leaders of four major political parties for the dissolution of the Constituent Assembly (CA).
