NEPAL CONDEMNS ‘TERRORIST ATTACK’KILLING US AMBASSADOR TO LIBYA
Kathmandu, 13 Sept.: Nepal is ‘deeply shocked’ by a ‘terrorist’ attack that killed US Ambassador to Libya Chris Stevens and other diplomats, an official announcement said.
“The Government of Nepal is deeply shocked to hear the death of US Ambassador Mr Chris Stevens and other diplomats in a terrorist attack on the Consulate of the United States of America in Benghazi., Libya.
"While offering heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and the Government of the United States of America, the Government of Nepal condemns the heinous and dastardly crime committed by the terrorists in Benghazi yesterday [Wednesday]," the forign ministry statement said.
