PM SAYS HIS HAND, FEET TIED Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai complained Sunday his hands and feet were tied to a chair and couldn’t do anything. The premier has in the past said he was failed to to deliver in one year but has been blaming others, including unnamed foreigners. “I am tied to chair and can’t do anything,” he told a school programme in the capital There’s no parliament, he said. “Obstacles are being placed to promulgate ordinances in such circumstance, “I am not allowed to work.
