RADISSON HOTEL KATHMANDU GETS 105 MORE ROOMS Kathmandu, 3 Sept.: With the approaching autumn tourist season, Radisson Hotel Kathmandu Monday announced opening of 105 more rooms in its new building in Lazimpat.built at an investment of more than Rs 500 million. The rooms will be fully operational by the end of the month. nnnn SUSHIL KOIRALA ADMITS DIFFERENCES IN NC Kathmandu, 3 Sept.: Nepali Congress President Sushil Koirala has warned that country would see a confrontation if the political instability continued, RSS reports. Inaugurating an orientation on 'Leadership development in students and country's challenges' organised by the Nepal Students' Union, a sister wing of the party, here on Monday, President Koirala said consensus among parties was a must to end the political instability. Uncertainty continues to prevail in the country because the UCPN-Maoist is reluctant to forge a consensus, he said, urging the Maoists to realize the need of a consensus to free the country from political crisis. He warned that if the country sees further conflict, it would face a crisis of existence. Therefore, conflict in the country situated between the giant neighbours- India and China- would jeopardise the people and nation. President Koirala admitted that the differences within his party had spread disenchantment up to the cadres’ level. On the occasion, General Secretary Krishna Prasad Sitaula said Nepali Congress was ready to lead the new government. He claimed that democracy was attacked from various corners because of the absence of a Congress-led government. Treasurer Chitra Lekha Yadav said Nepali Congress should ready itself for leadership by internalizing change. Other speakers on the occasion said any force angering the Nepali Congress would meet the fate of Gyanendra Saha. The orientation would be facilitated by General Secretary Sitaula, Navindra Raj Joshi, Bimalendra Nidhi and other leaders. nnnn
