WIFE ACCIDENTALLY SHOT DEAD BY HUSBAND Kathmandu, 23 Sept.: An unexpected accident has taken place when husband mistakes his wife for monkey and shot her at Rukumkot VDC-1, Ranikot. Wife Basanti Pun died when her husband Bed Prakash Pun opened fire mistaking her for monkey, said the Area Police Office, Rukumkot. Bed Prakash had shot dead her wife while she was on the way to a nearby tap in course of fetching water. The bullet pierced her throat. Police arrested him with gun. Police reached the spot late night for no quick communication though the incident occurred in the morning on Saturday. nnnn
