UPENDRA YADAV ASKS PRESIDENT TO ISSUE ULTIMATUM TO PARTIES Kathmandu, 4 Sept.: MJFN Chairman Upendra Yadav said Tuesday demanded a presidential ultimatum to the political parties to end to a political deadlock shirt of advocating presidential rule. Bhaktapur’s NMKP Chairman of a splinter communist group Narayanman Bijukakchaya has demanded direct presidential rule to end a prolonged political and constitutional crisis. But Yadav said said President Ram Baran Yadav should save the country from sliding further into a crisis calling for installation of a new government.
