UCPN MAOIST TO PROPOSE OUTLET TO DEADLOCK IN ANOTHER THREE DAYS Kathmandu, 8 Oct. Ruling Maoists will propose a new outlet to end the current constitutional and political crisis following a summit meeting of UCPN Maoist and main opposition Monday. The meeting was held at the residence of NC President Sushil Koirala. The two parties agreed to conduct talks with other parties to end the deadlock. Chairman Prachanda proposed at the meeting reinstatement of the constituent assembly opposed by one section of the NC bu supported by Sher Bahadur Deuba. Maoist office bearers and organization department representatives at another meeting in Baluwatar agreed to show maximum flexibility in ending the crisis. Nnnn AGREEMENT WITH ANOTHER TERAI REBEL GROUP Kathmandu, d8 Oct.: Government and Tarai Cobra , an armed rebel group in th eterai, signed a six-point agreement at the peace ministry Peace Minister Top Bahadur Rayamajhi and Cobra Cordinator Ajaya Kumar Singh aka ‘Shiva’ signed the agreement papers.
