BIHAR MLA ARRSTED IN MORANG Kathmandu, 9 Nov.: Bihar Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) Zakir Husein and his Indian accomplice Bhola Shanker Tiwari were arrested Friday from a hotel in Kakarvitta for involvement in the suspected kidnapping of Biratnagar-industrialist Tulasi Ram Agrawal. Agrawal was kidnapped and released in 1202 after paying a Rs.30 million ranson. .
