CORRECTION DEADLINE TO FORM CONSENSUS GOVT. 29 NOV THURSDAY
Kathmandu, 23 Nov.: President Dr Ram Baran Yadav asked parties to form a
national consensus government by 4 PM Thursday 29 November and not as earlier reported.
The head of state invoked article 38 (1) of the interim constitution.

RS..45.9 MILLION GRANT TO ARICULTURE INPUTS COMPANY
Kathmandu, 23 Nov.:: The meeting of the Council of Ministers held on Friday has decided to provide Rs. 45.9 million as a grant to the Agricultural Inputs Company (AIC) for paying loans and interest, RSS reports.
Similarly, the Cabinet also decided to change the name of the Ministry of Environment, Science and Technology to Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment.
The meeting also decided to celebrate September 12 as the National Science Day.
