PM ASKS NOC TO ENSURE DISTRIBUTION OF LPG CLYINDERS WITH TWO COLOURS IN ONE WEEK Kathmandu, 21 Nov.: Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai Wednesday ordered Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) to ensure distribution of LPG cylinders in red and blue colours within a week. A six-month government effort to implement the scheme to distribute red and blue cylinders has failed The scheme’s purpose was to stop malpractice when cylinders were diverted to industries during shortages inconveniencing households.
