PM BHATTARAI, PRACHANDA MEET Kathmandu, 27 Nov.: Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai, who is vice-chairman of UCPN Maoist, held hour-long discussions with party boss Prachanda at the latter’s residence Tuesday. The meeting comes amid differences between the two top leaders even as the presidr said in Lalitpur and Bhairahawa Monday there were no differences between the two. Prachanda Monday told reporters Monday night offered the candidacies of Deputy Prime Minster Narayan Kazi Shrestha, who is also UCPN Maoist vice-chairman-and another Deputy Prime Minster Bijaya Kumar Gachedhar, Chairman of the five-party Madesh Morcha in government , as alternative candidates to Premier Bhattarai. nnnnr
