RULING COALITION MEETS AMID FAILURE TO HOLD DECLARED ELECTIONS Kathmandu, 22 Nov. Ruling coalition constituents—UCPN Maoist and Madesh Morcha are holding emergency discussions Thursday. The meeting was convened as a deadline given by President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav to form a consensus government by Thursday ends and immediately after controversial announcement of a budget by government for remaining eight months of the current fiscal year.
