EVERRYTHING ATTEMPTED FOR CONSENSUS Kathmandu, 23 Dec.: Prime Minister Dr Baburam Bhattarai expressed his conviction that the political parties would reach a consensus as every bit of effort is being made to find a political way out, with a target to hold the Constituent Assembly elections in mid-May 2013, RSS reports/.
