NC.UML REJECT NC PROPOSAL FOR NEUTRAL PM UPDATE Kathmandu, 3 Jan. NC emergency meting of its central committee rejected Maoist proposal for a neutral prime minister to succeed Baburam Bhattarai. UML standing committee also rejected the proposal. UML backed the candidacy of NC President Sushil Koirala as Bhattarai’s successor. Maoist standing committee was adjourned until Friday after discussing current issues..
