CABINET MAKES MAJOR APPOINTMENTS Kathmandu, 15 Feb.: Sunil Kumar Jha and Shiva Kumar Patel nave been appointed as the general managers for Hetauda Cement Industry and Udayapur Cement Industry respectively by the cabinet Friday. Sagarmatha Hospital has been renamed Gajendra Narayan Singh Sagarmatha Hospital. Rs 50 million was awarded to the Poor Citizens Welfare Fund, Rs 400,000 to Marginalised, Oppressed and Dalit Welfare Development Committee and Rs 449,000 to the chairman and members of Dalit Commission.
