NBA MEET BEGINS Kathmandu, 26 Feb.: An emergency meeting of Nepal Bar Association (NBA) opposed to the appointment of Chief Justice Khil Raj Regmi and Monday’s statement of the supreme court began Tuesday. A separate meeting of former executives of NBA is also being held. The umbrella organization of lawyers is expected to draw up protest plans. NBA says the proposal to install Regmi is against democratic pincipleof division of labour and separation of power.
