NBA CONVENES EMERGENCY SESSION TUESDAY TO DIOSCUSS REGMI APPOINTMENT AS PM Kathmandu, 25 Feb.: Nepal Bar Association (NBA) has convened an emergency session of the umbrella organisation of lawyers Tuessday. NBA is opposed to the appointment of Chief Justice Khil Raj Regmi as head of an election government to conduct constituent assembly elections now at an uncertain date. Previous proposal was to conduct the poll 5 June. NBA Monday objected to a supreme court statement that issued on behalf of Chief Justice Khila Raj Regmi in his first official comment on his appointment. nnnn
