CHAIRMAN REGMI LAUNCHES MILTARY EXERCISE Kathmandu, 25 March:: Chairman of the Interim Election Council of Ministers, Khil Raj Regmi, inaugurated the Exercise Shanti Prayas -2 at the Birendra Peace Training Centre, Panchkhal, RSS reports, today. The training was jointly organised by the Nepal Army and the Pacific Command of USA. Army personnel of 23 countries including Nepal are participating in the two-week training.
