CPN MAOIST ISSUE DIRECT WRITTEN CIRCULAR TO SUPPORTERS TO DISRUPT ASSEMBLY VOTE Kathmandu, 27 March: Amid doubts second elections will be conducted in June, CPN Maoist has issued a circular to its workers to disrupt the vote, Annapurna Post and Naya Patrika report.
