MORE CLASH OUTBREAK IN PANCHTHAR JAIL Kathmandu, 25 March: Tension has been arisen in the District Jail, Panchthar, due to clashes between prisoners on Sunday night, RSS reports from Panchthar. . The clash took place among guards, Naikes of prisoners and jail birds after other prisoners were agitated saying guards and Naikes meted out inhumane behavior. Police have arrested five prisoners, according to jailer, Surendra Dahal. A large number of police were mobilized after the incident. The arrested are guard Sujan Thapa, senior leader, Sanjay Rai, junior leaders, Lava Shrestha, Binod Karki and Dinesh Rana Magar. Preparation has been made to transfer the arrested except Dinesh, said Dahal. They were arrested under the direction of Department of Prison Nnnn
