OFFICIAL KILLED IN ACCIDENT Kathmandu, 19 March: An Under-Secretary at the Ministry of Finance died this morning after his head collision against a window bar in a Tempo, RSS reports. Gyan Raj Shrestha ,55, who was travelling in the Tempo (Ba 1 Ha 3651) to reach his residence at Old Baneshwor, fell unconscious after colliding in the window bar. Shrestha was rushed to the Thapathali-based Norvic International Hospital but died while receiving treatment. Police have held tempo driver Ashok Tamang of Kavre district.
