PRESIDENT PRAYS FOR EARKY END TO DEADLOCK AT PASHUPATINATH UPDATE Kathmandu, 10 March; President Dr.Ram Baran Yadav said he prayed for a consensus for an early resolution of the current deadlock while offering prayers at Pashupatinath Sunday on Manashibaratri. One million devotees worshipped at the temple until 9 in the evening, temple managers said. Thousands of devotees are still at the temple complex lighting bonfires and observing the night of Lord Shiba. A Malaysian devotee offered two million rupees at the temple, management said.
