THREE BIGGEST PARTIES IN DISCUSSIONS Kathmandu, 20 March: The first Maoist central committee meets Wednesday after its 7th Hetauda general convention. The committee will discuss implementation of convention decisions, including appointment of 50 plus central committee members, second constituent assembly election strategy ,internal differences and other issues.
