UPDATE EFFORT OF FOUR MAJOR POLITICAL PLAYERS TO BREAK ROAD BLOCK INCONCLUSIVE Kathmandu, 12 March: Four major political players attempting to develop a package to form an election government led by Chief Justice Khl Rak Regmi was again inconclusive Tuesday.
