FIVE JUDGES RECOMMENDED FR APPOINMENT TO SUPREME COURT Kathmandu, 11 April: Five judges Thursday were recommended by the judicial after to fill vacancies at the supreme court after several rounds of inconclusive rounds of meetings. Obstacles were recommended by the president on the recommendation of the Baburam Bhattaai to appoint the judges. Justices Prakash Basti, Baidhya Nath Upadhyay, Gyanendra Bahadur Karki, Tarka Raj Bhatta and Bharat Bahadur Karki were recommened for reappointment. They were retired temporary judges of the apex court.
