GOVT. , CARTEL TALKS ON POL IMPORT Kathmandu, 5 April: Representatives of current dealers of POL products will continue discussions with government Friday on further privatization of trade in POL products presently monopolized by a cartel. Government team will be led by Finance Minister Shanker Koirala. The cartel opposes opening trade by involving trade to other private operators.
