PTACHANDA ARRIVES IN BEIJING TUESDAY Kathmandu, 16 April: Maoist Chairman Prachanda arrives in Beijing Tuesday for discussions with new Chinese leadership in the Chinese capital. .He arrives from Sichuan in central China.
