CASES FILED AGAINST FIVE PERSONS FOR RECOVERY OF MILLIONS Kathmandu, 19 May: The anti-money laundering department Sunday filed cases at the special court for recovery of wealth, from five persons,m including a UML youth leader, They were involved in criminal activities. Abhishek Giri, Chakre Milan, Parshuram Basnet , Dipak Manange , and Ganesh Lama were charged. The department is attempting to recover money ranging From Rs,29.4 million to Rs. 270.1 million from them. nnnn NEWSPAPER DISTRIBUTION DISRUPTED Kathmandu, 19 May: Distribution of Rajdhani Daily has been obstructed today due to the agitation of employees working at the newspaper by putting forth various demands, RSS reports. The Utsarga Publication is the publisher of the newspaper. The employees at the call of the Rajdhani Daily Unit of the All Nepal Workers´ Organisation obstructed the distribution of the newspaper by putting forth five-point demands including that employees, who have worked for minimum of 240 days, be made permanent, minimum salary be provided and Labour Act and Working Journalists Act be implemented. Employees along with newspapers ready for distribution, have been staging sit-in in front of the main gate of the Office of the newspaper at Kupondole from this morning. Nnnn
