ANOTHER ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE DIFFERENCES ON ELECTION ORDINANCE Kathmandu, 10 June; The high-level political committee (HLPC) of the Big Three aad Madesh Morcha meet again Monday to resolve differences on an election ordinance suggested by the election commission to conduct second constituent assembly elections sometime in November/December. Election commission has suggested 14 November after bhai tika. Differences between government have delayed announcement of election date. Government is awaiting agreement between oarties instead of announcing dates unilaterally.
