BAHUNDANGI IN JHAPA TENSE Kathmandu, 15 June: The situation was tense Saturday at Bahundangi in j Jhapa following Friday’s clashes between Armed Police Force (APF) personnel and locals irate at uncontrolled wild elephant raids. The police outpost was encircled. More than 30 personnel both sides were injured in Friday’s clashes. A team of the district police office had visited the area to investigate the attacks. Some team members were held hostage. nnnn
