COLIFORM FOUND IN MILK OF 14 VALLEY DAIRIES Kathmandu, 18 June: The Department of Food Technology and Quality Control (DFTQC) has confirmed Coliform was found in all 14 dairies raided by CIAA, Rajesh Verma reports in Annaourna Post. The report was made public Monday.. DPTQCQC Monday sealed five daries in the Valley-and asked people not to consume their products. The department came up with the action after finding Coliform (a harmful bacterium) contamination in products of Gayatri brand of Kharipati Dairy, Bhaktapur; Amrit and Kantipur brands of Sainju Dairy, Bhaktapur; BDPL brand of Bhaktap-ur Dairy, Bhaktapur; Sanjiwani brand of Sanjiwani Dairy, Bhaktapur; and ADP brand of Adhunik Dairy, Balaju. nnnn.
