GOVT. FORMS INVESTIGATION TEAM Kathmandu, 6 June: Government Wednesday formed an investigation team following continued protests and demands to probe what kakaleris call murder of Srijana Chaudhary in Lalitpur. Police deny claim she was murdered. The investigation team formed by the home ministry and led by Sambhu Prasad Koirala has three members. It will submit a report in one week. Koirala is director general of Prison management division. WIFE OF KIST BANK CEO ARRESTED FOR BANKING IRREGULARITIES Kathmandu, 6 June: Gauri Khanal Geywali, wife of Kist Bank CEO Kamal Geywali, has been arrested for irregularities in banking, KP Dhungana writes in Nagarik. She was arrested Wednesday by Central Investigation Bureau from Maharajgunj. Following investigation by Nepal Rashtra Bank which fond Sita Khanal Geywali took a Rs.130 million loan from Siddhartha Development Bank. Kamal Geywali is a promoter of Siddhartha Development Bank.
