NEW DIRECTORS OF BoK

Kathmandu, 22 July: Ramesh Nath Dhungel Satya Narayan Manandhar and  Santa Bir Thapa were elected directors of Bank of Kathmandu (BoK) representing promoters..

They were elected by a special general meting Sunday.

Gobinda Prasad Sharma,  Chop Narayan  Shrestha,  Hemraj Subedi and

Balram Neupare were elected from  shareholders.

The meeting approved a merger proposal.
