KAMAL THAPA REMINDS BABURAM BHATTARAI FORMER PM
FIRST PROPOSED COLLABORATION BETWEEN MONARCHISTS
AND MAOISTS

Kathmandu, 24 July: RPP-Nepal Chairman Kamal Thapa Wednesday
reminded Baburam Bhattarai the former prime minister and now UCPN Maoist leader first proposed collaboration between the then king and Maoists.
‘The proposal was first put by Baburam Bhattaraai,” Thapa told his audience at Reporters Club.
Thapa’s comments came one day after Bhattaraai said then King Fyanendra should be jailed for politicking against a republic in the guise of relief work.
Nobody can stop it. They can work together,” Thapa said to save
and protest nationality.
RPP Nepal chief called call for cooperation between pro-king forces and
Maoists ‘timely”.
