KJWP JOINS MAINSTREAM POLITICS
Kathmandu, 2 July; Following an agreement with government Tuesday,
Kirat Janawadi Workers Party ( KJWP ), active in the eastern hill region,,
gave up its armed struggle to push demands.
A five-point .was signed at a Dhulikhel between the two sides.
Peace Minister Ram Kumar Shrestha and KJWP ’s talks team coordinator
Mahesh Rai signed in the agreement.
Government agreed to address demands of KJWP
And provide security.
The group agreed to handover its arms.
