MEMORANDUM TO PRESIDENT BEING SUBMITTED SUNDAY

Kathmandu, 28 July:Saghiya Samabjadi Party of Sharat Singh Bhandari is

submitting a memorandum to President Dr. Ra, Baran Yadav Sunday.

The party said it will participatein elections if its demands are met.

President has been expressing concern with the election boycott.

HLPM MEETS SUNDAY

The mechanism supporting the government is discussing suggestions to a five-member constituency delineation commission to draw 240 electoral constituenciesfor the 19 November elections.

The mechanism of top parties is studying recommendations of a eight-member task orce of parties to give its suggestions to the commission heded by a former retured supreme court justice.

The commission Thursday got a 10-day extension to complete its recommendations after a month-long deadline couldn’t be met.
