NARAYAN KAZI SHRESTHA ALSO RESIGNS AS UCPN MAOSIT VICE-CHAIRMAN UPDATE

Kathmandu, 20 July: UCPN Maoist Vice-chairman Narayan Kazi

Shrestha, the second vice-chairman in , also resigned like Baburam Bhattarai,

as the party plenum was meeting Saturday.

The plenum was adjourned until Sunday although the schedule was to

present 16 group reports at the plenum Saturday.

Group meetings on report of Chairman Prachanda concluded Saturday.

The chairman proposed a unified command under one person

instead of collective leadership until the November 19 assembly elections.

Kathmandu, 20 July: Nepal Saturday trounced Bhutan 7-0 in the Second

SAFF U-19 Football Championship.

Nepal is hosting the championship in which seven South Asian nations,
