UPDATE TIIIRD ROUND OF GOVT., OPPOSITION ALLIANCE

TALKS INCONCLUSIVE

Kathmandu, 19 Aug.: Third round of government and 33-party

opposition  alliance talks led by CPN Maoist was inconclusive Monday.

There was no agreement of opposition demand for rescheduling of the

19 November second  assembly elections.
