MAOIST CHIEF CHAIRMAN REGMI MEET
Kathmandu, 1 Aug.: Chairman of the UCPN (Maoist),
Pushpa Kamal Dahal, called on Chairman of the Interim Election Council, Khil
Raj Regmi Tuesday, RSS reports..
During the meeting held at the official residence of the Prime Minister at Baluwatar, they discussed on election process.
Chairman Regmi enquired with Chairman Dahal on the methods to be adopted to make the election to the Constituent Assembly (CA) free and fair by bringing the dissenting parties and groups into consensus.
In response, Dahal said that the High-Level Political Committee has been holding discussions on the issues.
Chairman Dahal told Chairman Regmi that the HLPC has been engaged to create election environment by bringing the dissenting parties and groups into consensus, said Dahal´s aide Khakurel quoting Dahal.
