Talking to RSS, leader Gyawali said the electoral alliance would be made at the local level reaching mutual understanding with the parties for the same.
He added that the promulgation of the democratic constitution would be guaranteed by holding CA election .
Stating that although party unification process would be started after concluding ideological discussion, an agreement was reached for going to election by making electoral collaboration at the local level for the time being, Gyawali said the UML has made preparation to compete in election on its own.
He said the UML has the norm that there should be one centre of all the leftist parties which help each other in local level, although there was no possibility of nation-wide alliance with main powers in the election .
