 Rs. 448.64 Cr. during the F/Y 2069/70 and the Net Profit after tax for

Board of directors meeting Wednesday evening approved the audited
Annual Accounts of the company for the year 2069/70.
Dividend of Rs 760 per share was recommended.
The 20th AGM which is scheduled for 04th October 2013.
