Amik Serchan’s suspension lifted

Kathmandu, 21 Oct: A three-month suspension of Amik Serchan from Janamorcha Nepal was lifted Tuesday by the party.
The suspension was lifted two weeks before the end of the suspension period.
Serchan was suspended for defying a party whip during presidential elections.
Meanwhile, Shyam Sundar Gupta has been electecd chairman of his faction of the Nepal Sadbhavana Party by a party meet in Bhairahawa Tuesday.
The party has split into three groups.

132 district judges transferred

Kathmandu, 21 Oct: Altogether 132 district judges have been transferred by the judicial council in a mass transfer described as the biggest so far.
The Maoist-led government has transferred CDOs and senior army generals as well.
