Nemwang express concern with Girija

Kathmandu, 10 Sept: Speaker Subash Nemwang Thursday expressed concern with Congress President Girija Prasad Koirala at the delay in drafting a constitution.
A constitution will now be promulgated 28 May 2010 according to a new schedule announced Wednesday.
CPN-UML Chairman Jhalanath Khanal also discussed political issues with Koirala Thursday.
Koirala is recovering from urine infection.
