Indian para-military force abuse Nepalis in Nepal.

Kathmandu, 13 Dec.: A contingent of India para-military force SSB overnight crossed the border and abused Nepalis at a border village injuring at least six persons, Radio Nepal said.
The force dismantled shops and huts in the village.

Action plan for Maoist discharge

Kathmandu, 13 Dec.: An action plan for the discharge of 3,000 plus Maoist child soldiers from UN camps is being signed this week in the capital, according to UNMIN.
The time bound plan will be of minimum standard.
Radhika Coomaraswamy, special representative of UN secretary general for children and armed conflict is arriving Monday for a four-day visit to witness the signing.

Four ministers on a joy ride in Denmark, have no work

Kathmandu, 13 Dec.: Only 14 representatives are participating actively in the UN climate change summit in Denmark, Nagarik reports from Copenhagen.
Only officials of the environment ministry are seen in the assembly hall.
Five ministers are now in the Danish capital with the arrival Thursday of four ministers with their families.
Except the minister for environment, other ministers have no official role, a member of the Nepali delegation said.
Four ministers came to participate in the Save Himalaya rally.
‘These ministers have no work in the climate change summit,” one official told Nagarik.
Except the prime minister as the head of the delegation and the environment minister and the environment minister, other ministers have no work, he added.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal flies for Denmark Monday to participate in the summit.
