PM flies for Kalapattar

Kathmandu, 4 Dec: Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal flew for Kalapattar plateau a few minutes ago to preside over a cabinet meeting Friday.
The premier flew there with oxygen mask and mountain gear by helicopter after a medical check-up at Syangboche.

Khanal to re-write political report

Kathmandu, 4 Dec: UML Chairman Jhananath Khanal will revise his political report for politburo approval after widespread criticism.
The meeting was postponed Thursday for one week.
The report calling for change or reshuffle of the Madhav Kumar Nepal government was opposed by Nepal and KP Sharma Oli, a firm critic of Maoists.

Elephant polo final later Friday

Kathmandu, 4 Dec: Nepal’s National Park team meets Thailand’s Topa in the final of the International Elephant Polo Tournament Friday.
The venue was changed to the Bardiya National Park from the traditional ground at Chitwan National Park.
