Another blow to govt.

Kathmandu, 9 April: In a blow to government, parliament’ s public accounts committee ordered the government for the third time to print machine readable passports (MRPs) only through an international tender.
Government has already awarded a contract to an Indian security press.
An agreement has already been signed between the two contracting parties.
Maoists have decided to launch an indefinite street and parliament protests to overturn the government decision.
Politics is heading towards another round of confrontation as drafting a constitution within 28May is sidelined.
Maoists have been given an opportunity by government to continue their anti-India tirade by an illegal government decision.
