New govt. to appoint commission members

Kathmandu, 15 July: Three biggest parties Thursday agreed to name seven experts to a state reorganization commission only after a new government is formed.
Maoists, NC and UML leaders also agreed at
the commission will be non-political refraining from appointing politicians attached to parties as far as possible.
It was revealed the three parties agrees to the commission’s formation immediately after Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal resigned 10 June.
The commission will complete work to draw up a federal structure in two months.

Bidur bombed

Kathmandu, 15 July: Samkukta Jatiya Morcha overnight set off an explosion in Bidur in Nuwakot to threaten VDC secretaries to resign.
There were no casualties.
Secretaries have resigned en masse in districts amid Morcha threats inconveniencing people.
