Kathmandu, 20 Nov.: President Dr Ram BaranYadav Saturday morning prorogued the budget session of parliament session of parliament on the recommendation of Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal who has returned to Singh Durbar to continue the cabinet meet.
No mention was made of the budget.
